Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. I’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact literarystitchstore@gmail.com.
